Payment:

Millipede FX accepts payment via Paypal, credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), debit cards and Etsy gift cards.

Shipping

Millipede FX is happy to ship anywhere in the world!
Our pedals are securely packaged in bubble wrap and shipping boxes. Domestic Canadian packages are sent via Canada Post’s Domestic Service, while International Parcels are sent using Canada Post’s International Mail Service.
International Customers: Please allow one to three weeks for delivery – longer during holiday periods. Also, note that buyers are responsible for any Customs fees, taxes, tariffs or other duties incurred.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you’re not happy, we’re not happy! Millipede FX wants you to love your pedal. If you don’t, please contact us within seven days of receipt of your pedal, (provided that your pedal is in its original package, and in the same condition as it was when posted to you) for a refund or exchange. Please NOTE, you are responsible for shipping charges.
Millipede FX pedals carry a limited six (6) month warranty covering faults in the electronic circuit, due to defective parts. The warranty does not cover the exterior (i.e. paint work, graphics, knobs etc) also, does not cover failure due to damage.
